The picture Amazon provides does not do justice chandelier. I hang the chandelier in my dining room and looks beautiful. He definitely is not your typical chandelier, very different from the rest, and I like that. I have mine on a dimmer, which I recommend. It is beautiful in its maximum brightness, but even more dimmed. I received the standard six light versus the light of 12 I ordered, but the vendor, 43rd Street Lighting, was quick to respond to fix it and send me the light of 12one - excellent customer service. My brother installed this for me, I think it took a little over an hour. Definitely have two people for installation if you are not getting it done by a professional, I helped to hold the chandelier when he called it (and I also put the glass in all shades and bulbs). If you're looking for something different, you should consider the chandelier.
